Two medals for Slovakia in one hour

Slovakia got two medals in one hour on Wednesday. Both Michal Martikan and Elena Kaliska finished first in C1. But after a protest filed by French team Martikan got a two-second penalty which has moved them to second place. The Slovak team accepted the decision of the jury. Because of both competitors the Slovak government stopped its session to watch television.
