Slovak triumph at Paralympics

President Ivan Gasparovic has sent a telegram to Slovakia's disabled cyclist Rastislav Turecek, congratulating him on his gold medal in the division-A 28-kilometer handbike race at the Athens Paralympics on Friday. The 32-years old handicapped athlete beat Franz Weber of Switzerland in to second place by one second. The triumph brings the total number of paralympic medals to seven.
