Three airmen killed in a helicopter crush

A Slovak MI-24D military helicopter crashed on Tuesday evening during a training flight near the army airport of Raznany in east Slovakia, killing the three crewmen on board. According to the Defence Ministry the helicopter came down into an uninhabited area and exploded. The helicopter took off at 9 p.m. from the Presov army airport. The crew didn't signal any problem during the flight, but at 9:21 p.m. the base lost contact with the helicopter.
