EU negotiation frame acceptable for Slovakia

Mon 03 Oct 05, 19:22    RSI

Foreign Minister Eduard Kukan has taken part in the meeting of EU Council for general affairs and external relations in Luxembourg. According to him, the frame of EU negotiations with Turkey is acceptable for Slovakia. The Slovak Foreign Minister can see Austria as the only obstacle. Austria has blocked the mandate for accession talks with Turkey by its firm demand for a privileged partnership for this country. The accession talks were scheduled to begin on Monday.
