Russian fans disturb public order

Around thirty people were arrested in the early hours of Wednesday morning in Bratislava after a night of destruction during which Russian football fans, in Bratislava for a crucial World Cup qualifying match, went on the rampage in the city centre. Several police patrol units were called in to deal with the incident As a result of a mass fight, several people suffered injuries, some of them gashes and stab wounds. Police immediately informed the Russian Embassy in Bratislava about the incident, and began an investigation.
