A stable and responsible electorate could prove to be an advantage in this weekend's Higher Territorial Unit (VUC) regional elections, according to Parliamentary Chairman and governing-coalition Christian Democrat party (KDH) leader Pavol Hrusovsky. Hrusovsky spoke about the importance of regional elections, in which citizens can influence life in the region where they live.
